Not For Anything

This week on Not For Anything, your favourite ladies are talking about what it means to be a woman in a man’s world. We touch on body shaming, “playing the game”, unfair treatment in the workplace and some of our personal experiences with sexism. We also cry and get angry because we are allowed to.

We would also like to acknowledge that we are white, cis women and that comes with so much privilege that we are still recognizing and checking. This podcast episode is just our side of the story and discusses what challenges we have faced. We hope there is something for everyone to relate to and learn from and we welcome you to share your own stories with us. Keep having the conversation.

As mentioned in the podcast, below are some resources for the Black Lives Matter movement and the justice of Jacob Blake (which again - are more important than this podcast).

Welcome to Not For Anything! This week, we discuss the dangers of the self-esteem movement and the toxic self-image it has birthed... A shocking topic for us, we know. We are not special. You are not special. Life sucks.

As mentioned in the podcast, below are some resources for the Black Lives Matter movement and the justice of Breonna Taylor (which are more important than this podcast).
