BJ noticed a bunch of rocks all over downtown. Jamie explained that they were put in place by the current mayor to try and curb homeless people sleeping downtown. A teacher was arrested on suspicion of DUI when it was discovered she was intoxicated at work. After the DA investigated it turns out she wasn't drinking and driving, but had began drinking when she got to work. The DA says its not illegal to drink and teach, so the teacher was let off the hook. Jelly Roll says he is the worst criminal of all time.
