Jesus once told the Pharisees to “give to Caesar what is Caesar’s but to God what is God’s.” In today’s message, Pastor J.D. continues to look at Romans 13 and its instructions on how to honor and obey those in government. We learn that, while we should submit to authority, we are also under God’s greater claim. When the government fails us, we can trust in God’s good plan, because our hope lies in him, not politicians.
