Notre Dame will have a new look at safety in 2024 from both a coaching and player standpoint. Only one regular at the position returns, although it's a really good one (Xavier Watts). But the Irish will have a new position coach, a new starter and the depth chart will look way, way different. In this segment I discuss what was lost, what returns, what's new and discuss what needs to happen for Notre Dame to actually be better at safety in 2024, which is possible.
