Now That I'm Older

Hello and welcome to the first official NTIO of 2017! This week we look back on the year that was 2016, whether you view it as a dumpster fire or as a banner year, it's over. So in our own way, we look back on 2016 with clips from when Kenny almost killed his brother, when Shane threw a chili dog at a kid in DQ, when Kenny was almost a senator and a lot more. We also look at some of the people we lost in 2016 and some of the good news that coupled with all the bad.

So check it out and let's start 2017 with NTIO officially thanking each and every one of you guys. You guys rule for checking out the show every week and we love each and everyone of you. We are looking to do more stuff to make the show even better in 2017, and can't wait to show you. Oh btw, make sure and tell someone who hasn't heard it yet about the show!

Hello and welcome back to another week of NTIO. Last year for the last show of the year, we went with a remix show but this year, we said "let's just do a real show" so that is what we did! This week Shane brings up a story about how badass his Maw Maw was. Then we talk about a goat that caused a serious ruckus. Then we talk about exactly how much people can change after high school. Then we close the show out talking about an acquaintance of Kenny's getting a little inappropriate and Kenny having to take action, and a whole lot more.

Just wanted to take a second and give a quick shout out to Rogue Intel for all of their support over the past year plus. When we first got started podcasting, we didn't really know anything and they took us under their wing and showed us the ropes. Last week was our last show with Rogue Intel. Hello and welcome back to the magic carpet ride we call Now That I'm Older! This week we start out with losing your innocence, during Christmas time, at a very young age. Then we jump into a list of people that got fired from their job on the first day. This leads us to talking about some of the crappiest jobs we've had and the ways we dealt with them. Then to close things out, we discuss the importance of fiber in someone our age bracket.

Check it out and this year, maybe instead of gifts you get people the gift of Shane and Kenny. We don't cost a thing, and we are the gift that will give back on a weekly basis. Way better than that Soda Stream you got people a couple of years ago, or Snuggies. Remember when everyone was giving out Snuggies like one day the world would collapse and we could use them as currency? Well the gift of NTIO is way better than that!

This week we talk about a few different topics. First we find out that the cows in Ireland are way meaner than they are in the States. Then we have a question from Mike Jolitz (of the Mike Jolitz Show @mikejolitz on Twitter) for Ask Kenny, where we get to hear what Kenny thinks his job is on the show. Then we discuss how Chow dogs are mean, and Shane's dog food may be a little too fancy.

Happy Thanksgiving NTIO Family and remember, at dinner with your family is the perfect time to scream out, "LISTEN TO NOW THAT I'M OLDER!!!!". If that doesn't work to get everyone jacked up about being at the Thanksgiving table wth the family, the just look around and say, "So, who'd everybody vote for?". That will probably get em going.

We discuss some of the lies that our parents told us, like the magical fat guy with farm animals hooked up to a sled, delivering presents, based on an arbitrary list of good boys and girls, how monkeys may rip your arm off if you put them outside the car or when your mom tells you that if you touch anything in the store, a kitten will die.
