In nutritional therapy and lifestyle medicine, there are some challenges that simply cannot be fixed with diet alone. Sometimes, you want … a volcanic rock.  Even better, a volcanic rock that acts like a wheelbarrow, to cart away substances that are harmful and difficult to remove.

Volcanic rock ‘binders’ like Zeolite Clinoptilolite do not interact with the body any more than a pair of spectacles. And yet they have proved effective in diverse health issues, including:

• mycotoxin / mould exposure
• heavy metal exposure
• H. Pylori
• recurring acid reflux
• histamine ‘intolerance’ (or overload)
• eczema / psoriasis / urticaria

Happy New Year! I hope that whatever your Christmas-time and New Year were like, that this short episode will be a cheering thing to listen to in these first days of 2024.

What if nutritional therapy was rather different from what you expected?
