Happy New Year!  RH and AG break down a resolved pilot deviation.  What went right?  What went wrong?  What lessons can be learned?  For privacy purposes, the identity of the pilot has been intentionally withheld but he has shared details with us that he hopes will prevent this type of error from happening again.  Thank you, “Unnamed pilot”!
