Obamacare survives again. The US Supreme Court has upheld the law which seeks to provide affordable health insurance - dismissing a challenge from Texas and 17 other Republican-led states. This is the third time in just over 10 years that the Affordable Care Act has been targeted. Worldwatch reporter Max Towle speaks to US correspondent Nick Harper.
