The F Word. Fun. What is fun? What truly is fun? As adults, we often find ourselves tunnel-visioned.  We often find ourselves wanting to progress and want to achieve our goals.  As a result, we deprive ourselves of the experience of fun.

How can you live a richer life? Incorporate fun every day into your routine.  If you need to schedule fun in-just do it.  

Look at the people around you.  Who always looks like they are indulging in fun experiences? Call that person.  And if you don't know that person, join groups in your area that look like they are enjoying life.
