Natalie Miano came on the podcast to talk about her stellar performance in Jacksonville before COVID 19 shut down all races for an indefinitely amount of time, and how in that time period she made a conscious decision to undergo a necessary surgery for her health and how that surgery ended up sidelining her indefinitely as the incisions didn't heal properly. - He's used his post-secondary education to take his teams to Texas state meets

- He has a rare heart condition that makes his heart rate drop considerably during exercise at times

- He logs low training mileage because of this condition and still turns in podium placements at races

- Asheville sucked in the best way possible
