Today's sermon is based on the healing of the lame man in which the apostles proclaim Jesus Christ of Nazareth and by Him does this man stand before them whole. And then Peter and John went to the temple further proclaiming that neither is there salvation in other name. The challenge then goes out from Brother McIntyre that we too need to share and tell others of this so great salvation.

The Scripture passage for the evening is on the ambush of Ai under the leadership of General Joshua. Joshua had the difficult position of following a great man of God in the life of Moses, yet he was described in Scripture as a servant of the Lord. It was said of Joshua that the people of Israel served the Lord all the days of Joshua. Dr. McIntyre challenged the congregation to so live their lives so that it could be said of each of us that we were also servants of the Lord.

As Christians we need to do what Jesus wants us to do--to reach the world for Him.
