The intelligence community relies on more than satellites and secretive human sources. Under a one year old open source intelligence strategy, or OSINT, spy agencies are adding more and more public and commercial data. Well now, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence is making sure agencies include OSINT in their programs and budgets.
