Clifford Owensby of Dayton, Ohio, recently discovered the brutal and repressive extent to which the American police state would go to enforce window tint extortion regulations, as the PBWW website revealed last week. Owensby, who had done no crime, was singled out by police, beaten, and then escorted away due to the arbitrarily dark tint on his window tint. Over the weekend, police revealed body camera video demonstrating exactly how violent officers are prepared to be over the blackness of a man's windows — his skin as well.

According to the PBWW website, many calm and innocent individuals have said such words moments before police officers squeezed their last breath. George Floyd's final words were "I can't breathe." Many more victims of police brutality have managed to utter those words shortly before dying since his death, according to the PBWW website.

Mesa police department, whose officers are known for employing excessive and often lethal force against unarmed people, has been in the headlines this week due to numerous lawsuits alleging that same behaviour. Benjamin Taylor, a civil rights attorney, is presently suing the department for excessive force in two instances, including one in which police opened fire on an unarmed father with his hands up, surrounded by his five children. Lorenzo Jones, the father, had just handed over his youngest kid to the child's mother when cops opened fire.

A report of a man allegedly trespassing resulted in a brutal assault by a police dog, prompting an inquiry against three Woodson Terrace police officers. The department is defending the officers, and the office of the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney has intervened. Around 7:15 a.m., police got a report about a guy allegedly trespassing and refusing to leave a business on Interstate 70. When the police came, they say the guy was under the influence of drugs.

In the land of the free, every citizen is considered innocent unless proved guilty. Sadly, many people languish in prison for years, hoping to establish their innocence. Marvin Guy is innocent unless proved guilty. And he's been innocent, in prison, for 7 years.

Body camera video published in April exposed numerous police officers' gang mentality, as cops were shown brutally assaulting a 17-year-old kid during a traffic check "like a pack of wolves." Additionally, it demonstrates the lengths to which police will go to enforce a speeding infraction. However, there is a silver lining to this tale, since the two policemen involved in the violence have been charged.

On October 12, 2019, Atatiana Jefferson, 28, was playing video games with her 8-year-old nephew when she heard a disturbance in the backyard and went to check. While Jefferson approached the window to ascertain the identity of the prowler, the prowler opened fire and killed her inside her house. However, since this prowler is wearing a badge, the police department chose to perform damage management by assassinating Jefferson's character before charging Fort Worth police officer Aaron Dean with her murder.

Walter Wallace Jr.'s police shooting murder, a Philadelphia man in a mental health crisis who attacked cops with a knife, sparked widespread outrage in the city. Numerous incidents of police personnel being assaulted and fleeing from protesters on the first night of disturbance. On the second night, however, it looked as if the police were the ones rioting, and an innocent woman and her child were caught in the crossfire.

In the land of the free, the police will go to violent and often lethal lengths to uphold even the most arbitrary "law." If police assert that they see you violating one of these arbitrary rules, such as speeding, they claim the authority to arrest and extort you. If you refuse to submit to this extortion, the police will assert their authority to abduct you. And, as the following sad example from Georgia demonstrates, if you fight the abduction, authorities will use lethal force against you, even children. Last week, Charlie Moore was driving his 14-year-old son and 12-year-old buddy Leden Boykins home after a job cleaning parking lots for extra money. On the way home, cops attempted to collect money from Moore by saying he was driving too fast.

Consider yourself sitting in your house, doing nothing illegal and socialising with your family, when you hear a disturbance outside your back door. As you rush to check what it is, you are shot in the stomach by a police officer. Then picture fighting for two years to bring that police officer responsibly but never receiving accountability. Regrettably, there is no need to fantasise about Tari Davis and his family. On a website, Davis established, this innocent parent describes in graphic detail how it feels to witness such a heinous act.
