Taking a holistic approach to athletic preparation in and out of the gym.
Training on unstable surfaces…. Bosu Balls! Do they fire up all those MOTO Muscles like some people say…? Do you recruit more muscle when on an unstable surface??
Concussion. The invisible injury every Moto rider has experienced atleast once. How to manage it, and how helmets actually provide zero protection for our brain!
