Today I'm sharing something I'm noticing with clients, myself, and the world about allowing it all and surfing the waves reality gives us, and trusting your nudge and not jumping to conclusions on yourself.
I'm loving this exploration on allowing, and it can really open us to new goodness IF we are willing to lean into the uncomfortableness of it all.
I'm also doing a new offering and the first few spots are only $33 for an asyncronous energy reading! So if you'd like one, send me a message or email at [email protected] only 4 left at this price!
I also am opening up my 1:1 six month slots again, (they've been closed since January) so if you've been wanting support to dive deeper let's chat about what's possible and how you can cultivate more joy, aliveness, curiosity and take steps towards your goals and dreams sooner rather than later!
In this episode, we'll get our hands dirty in the "messy middle" - those uncertain, transitional periods we often fear.
As a military spouse preparing for another move, I hear you on the wildness of it all and also the joy of it, and my personal experience about embracing change, finding grace in uncertainty, and growing through life's transitions.
I've got you with some reflective questions about what's working, what you want to release, and how you want to show up in your next chapter. We might get caught up in the whirlwind, but we can bring in some steadiness in it, and so these are my best tips!

Hey friends! Today, I'm diving deep into the world of our inner critic - that nagging voice that tells us we're not good enough. I'll share how I learned to name my inner critic (hello, Barbara!), make her less powerful, and introduce you to inner defenders who can stand up for you.
We'll explore how to recognize that critical voice isn't actually your true self, and I'll give you practical tools to shift from self-doubt to self-love.
Get ready to learn how to talk back to that inner critic, embrace your worth, and step into a more empowered version of yourself.
As the host, I'm excited to dive into the topic of menstrual cycles - something I've explored extensively through workshops and my book Red Thread: Weaving an Embodied Life of Joy."
I'll cover the four phases of the cycle, from the waxing moon stage of increased energy and productivity with our Pre-Ovulation, to the full moon stage of Ovulation of heightened nurturing, the waning moon stage of fluctuating moods, and the new moon stage of rest and reflection when you actually bleed.
I'll share personal insights, tips for navigating each phase, and the associated archetypes. My goal is to empower you to understand your cycles and honor the natural rhythms of your body, regardless of whether you menstruate or not.
If you are stepping into the day and desire some encouragement and hype I've got you! Listen for some love and hands at your back vibes to remind you of who you are and that you can trust your desire and nudge.
