Welcome to Episode #40 of the No Conference for Old Men Podcast.

The Houston Cougars are now 15-3, 7-0 in the XII, and now in sole possession of first place in the conference standings. This past week, the Coogs squeaked by UCF and then dismantled Utah.   Now, Houston’s schedule steps up with road trips to Kansas and WVU.  

The 3 Old Men review the two games played and preview the upcoming games this week. In addition, we discuss the "State of the Big 12" through seven conference games.  Are the 3 old guys surprised Houston is alone atop the conference standings?  And what about fans who believe that UH’s start isn't that impressive this year, given the perceived weakness of the Big 12 this season?
