Bryan Hardy (bryanhardy.ca) is an Educator, Integrative Health Coach, and an endlessly curious human who takes a whole-person approach to wellness. He graduated with first class honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2015 and has been ceaselessly researching health, nutrition, and integrative wellness since 2011 when his appendix ruptured and went misdiagnosed, nearly taking his life.

His private practice, both in person and online incorporates counseling around digestive health, weight loss, pain management, peak performance, men’s health, and recovery optimization. He also offers hands-on, deep tissue release sessions which are informed by his training in Thai Yoga Massage, his experience at Clear Passages, and years of intuitive bodywork.

In true Bio-Hacker fashion, he loves to combine therapies in order to get the best results in the shortest amount of time and as such, uses vibrational healing technologies which include the Rapid Release Pro 2 and Ampcoil, both of which work to reduce stress, balance the body-mind, and dramatically improve the body’s ability to heal itself.

He hosts the Redefining Reality Podcast, co-facilitates transformational workshops/retreats, is an avid yogi/mover, and loves to connect with people through conversation, cooking, and time spent in nature.
