Saturn (for the ancient Romans) or Cronus (for the ancient Greeks) gives his name to the planet in the solar system known for its rings. He is the god of time, and during the Renaissance he became associated with melancholy.
Ethically speaking, the ‘Saturnian’ person is someone who reflects deeply, who understands the inherent sadness of time passing but, precisely because of this, is capable of great introspection and brilliance.
