Life changes and so we must alter our Mindset to align with our lifestyle. The way that we communicate and deliver our thoughts and beliefs with others is so important because it effects how it is received.

Looking at our personalities, strengths, tendencies, baggage, and expectations all plays a part. Relationships are so complex and all are so different, so this is just the beginning of having a deeper understanding of each other.
