Since a little girl, Ashley has been enamored by the power of documenting moments in time. Photography was embedded in her soul.

For years, photography was a “side hustle”, something she did at nights and weekends after working her, as she says, “responsible 9-5.”  It’s only after the profound question “Am I really living or am I simply existing?” came to her, that everything changed.

She immediately brought to life a lifelong dream of teaching and living in Africa. She taught English on Mafia Island, Tanzania with World Teach, and there, she fell in love with herself, life, and with a sensationally sincere South African man, who is now her husband. She also got certified to teach around the world - which brought her to living and teaching in South Africa and Costa Rica. All the while letting her camera guide her heart and encapsulating all of the beauty she was witnessing.

Upon returning to the United States With $700 and an old car to her name, she made the bold commitment to launch her photography business, Ashley Strong Photography, full time.

Little by little, her client base started to expand, her commitment to creating an intentional business started to grow and before she knew it, she was documenting weddings around the world, inspirational entrepreneurs in her hometown, families expanding and every expression of love in-between. In 2018, she incorporated as Strong Smith, Inc and since then, she’s been humbled to expand every year. Ashley also launched Wings of a Flower Print shop - an exclusive collection of prints from Costa Rica, South Africa, and Tanzania and her mentoring and education program all while being a mama to her inspirational, unique, adventures and loving little girl.

Today, you can find her with her humble little family nestled in the mountains of Southern California where she spends time documenting sincere love in all forms from engagements to weddings, pregnancies to birth, new businesses to celebrating monumental growth, and everything in between.

Debbie can be best described as a spunky woman, with a fire in her belly to go after her dreams and overcome life challenges. At various stages in her life, she had certainly been tested.

When Debbie was about to turn 50, she found herself in the eye of a storm. She had taken on a major home remodel project, just as the world went into lockdown due to the pandemic. However, she didn’t miss a beat as she juggled motherhood, being a loving wife, and working full time as an accountant for a major pharmaceutical company.

Towards the end of 2019, just as she was moving at warp speed ahead in completing her home projects, she received an incredibly intimidating cancer diagnosis.

She was suddenly required to not only slow down but given an opportunity to focus on her health. She realized that what really matters is her family, especially her young 8-year-old son, and being truly present for him.

This new life challenge allowed her to identify what is real in life.

She realized it's not about where you are in life, it’s who you have by your side that matters the most.

She fiercely held on to a positive attitude, faith, and her close network of family and friends, in her journey to beat cancer and go on to live her best life.

Raquel spent much of her career as a freelance interior designer and as an art director for films and tv.

She found herself often changing professions, jobs, careers, jack-of-all-trades, master of none, yet searching for balance in all the wrong places outside herself.

She felt that she was always seeking, never satisfied, and often she would be overcome with anxiety. Seeking balance became of particular importance to her when she became a mother.

At the age of 35, Raquel found herself a single working mother having an existential crisis of sorts. She described this phase as the “dark night of her soul”.

This phase in her life coincided with the global pandemic, which forced her to look within. The deeper she went she felt a calling to become a meditation coach, and to do something she felt deeply passionate about.

Soon she started her company, Soul Sage Collective - her very own spiritual business. Raquel is now a certified meditation coach, dōTERRA essential oils specialist, reiki practitioner, and professional Tarot reader

Nothing brings her more joy than helping others reconnect with their true nature, reach their potential, and realize that life is working for them, not against them.

Angel Is a woman of many hats with one mission - empowerment and transformation of the individual and the things they impact. All of her work is geared at her clients being able to see where they have choices, options, autonomy, and responsibility in their life. She truly believes that Knowing these things is the path to a fulfilled life, and achieve success in any endeavor.

As an attorney, she focuses on small business, estate planning landlord/tenant-related matters. She works with small and micro businesses to set them up with strategic systems, implementing a firm foundation to grow from proactively (instead of just calling a lawyer when there's trouble). She works with people and families to ensure they are set up in a way that allows for their loved ones to have what they need when they are no longer here.

She is an Instructor of Project Management for the University of Washington and a career focus coach.  She is a poet, writer, traveler, and participant in a joyful life. She is also living proof that a multi-dimensional existence is possible, and that time and resources are abundantly available to a person in rhythm with their purpose and mission. Next up, my very first Omnipresent Awareness podcast guest, Magda.

Magda personifies the essence of a mompreneur, and it is because of stories like hers that this podcast was created.

In her own words, “

The very versatile and innovative mindful mompreneur Magda founder of the MLM fashion brand.

When her second son was born in 2017, she decided to pause her career and focus on her young family while also trying to launch an apparel brand.

She had always loved fashion, but never imagined this passion would lead her away from her career in research to designing breastfeeding-friendly dresses.

During the peak of the pandemic Magda, her husband, and two young boys - Adrian and Julia - moved to Los Angels.

In this next chapter of her life, Magda bravely transitioned from her former career as a political scientist/researcher to fully EMERGING herself into a fashion designer mompreneur….

In her own words, “I founded MLM because I wanted to make the fourth trimester easier for moms by creating a collection of elevated, timeless maternity pieces.”

Magda recognized a gap in the fashion industry market for the unspoken pregnancy phase - the “4th trimester”. So she designed a solution for this gap, which launched her career as a mompreneur.

She cares about our environment — sustainability and minimal waste are among my brand’s core values. And she is also passionate about improving family policies, elevating the voices of women, and advocating for moms in the workplace.
