New episode!... After a long break, the boys are back!  In this episode hosts Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott discuss the changing landscape on the professional tour and how forward-facing sonar technology is creating the necessity for change once again.  One thing remains constant in this world, the need for adaptation and whether that is by the minute in the field or year-to-year in the big picture, adapt or die is a rule to live by.

Host Levi Morgan, with Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott, breaks down small adjustments archers can make to their bow setups, stance, grip and shot form that can make a big difference in aiming, execution and ultimately the consistency of your shot.  This isn't a magic pill and it takes practice (a lot of it) before small tweaks to things like draw length will make significant differences, but when you're ready, it can feel like magic.

After three regular-season events, Andy is heading into stop 4 on the 2023 tour at the one and only Guntersville.  Hosts Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott recorded this episode from the truck on the way back from Guntersville Lake back in April, before the pre-fishing cutoff.  Listen in for a recap of the tournaments so far this year and how Andy has gotten himself into third place and striking position in the Angler of the Year race.  And most of all, have good fishing to you!

From Andy's home in Dayton, TN hosts Levi Morgan, Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott are joined by special guest Robby Massey.  Five years ago Robby fell from his tree stand and the consequences were significant and seemingly irreversible.  That isn't what defines Robby though.  While he wants to share the story of his fall with others as a warning, he has a message that is more powerful than that and he has a life full of love and wonderful people.  Thanks Robby.  You are the man!

Levi's good friend 'THE' Ben Roethlisberger has a podcast of his own called, "Footbahlin with Ben," and recently hosted Levi.  It's a fun show, mostly about traditional sports, which we know there are plenty of fans of in our audence.  This episode, however, was about hunting and tournament archery and features some familiar stories and some new ones; so we thought we'd share. Which you can soon buy.  The guys also talk about their thoughts on shot placement on animals when you have pre-ranged yardages and to compensate for animals "jumping the string" or moving between shot and arrow delivery to target.  Also discussed are Tac Vanes and the advantages to better materials, USA manufacuring challenges, basement ninjas typing on keyboards instead of getting after it themselves and why it's best to look at yourself first before passing judgement on the accomplishments of others.

The boys are back!  Levi Morgan, Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott are back from Nebraska and a lot happened; some good, some bad.  A few good bucks down and a few good bucks missed.  Levi walks through a rare miss with the guys and Andy and Micah wrecked every motorized vehicle they could get their hands on.  The rut was slow to kick in, but they guys still put some solid deer on the ground, froze their tails off, ate a lot of pizza and had a good time together.  Join in.  Good to be back with ya'll! 

Andy Morgan and Levi Morgan are joined by guests Michael Young and THE Hunter Phelps on an early season hunt in Mississippi.  The guys dig into early season tactics, the difference between early season and the rut, the deer they've killed so far, how body size can throw off antler size perception, Hunter's New Mexico Elk, why target shooting matters for hunting but isn't the same as shooting an animal, marginal shots, Levi's ideal hunting arrow weight and broadhead combination for most game in North America, misjudging yardage and using a rangefinder, and why Andy was a button away from falling from his tree and winding up in the cooler.

Not one to miss; the industry and all of us hunters are undoubtedly indebted to Harold Knight and David Hale's contributions to the pursuit we love.  Levi Morgan, Andy Morgan and Matt Elliott were honored to record the story of the partnership of Harold and David and joined them at their lodge in Kentucky to talk about the beginnings of a legacy, life long friendship, the keys to their undeniable success in business and the outdoors and heard a few funny stories along the way.  THANK YOU Harold and David!
