before recording this episode i was talking to my family and i said “ one thing about me, i’m gonna have fun”. i think making everything in your life fun, even the most mundane things, is a great way to have a good outlook on life, and it’s really helped me. for example, something so simple like making my morning coffee is fun for me because i make sure that i am intentional with that time, and make it a relaxing experience. this episode, i share this recent discovery of mine, how i make everything enjoyable for myself, and some of my favorite activities that i do, and force me to have fun. it has truly helped my mental health and i hope you take some advice from this. love you <3
