Men suffer in silence. Men often don't talk about a lot of the stuff they should, like social support and relationships, pain and discomfort, emotional distress, loss and grief, anxiety and depression, or fear. The problem is, silence doesn't protect you. That stuff doesn't go away. It affects your choices and wears you down over time. But you don't have to go through this stuff alone. You can and should have someone to talk to about what you're going through, someone who will listen to you vent when you need to, but be ready to help or offer advice when you ask for it.
