Today, you’ve got all four of us. Join us as we talk a little about Renee Nicole Good and acknowledge the unnecessary tragedy that occurred 1/7/2026 in Minneapolis, MN.

While we could’ve just lit this episode up with some very choice words about our feelings on I.C.E., that would take away from remembering Renee the way she deserves to be. However, don’t count out that particular episode—it’s on the horizon and it’ll be warranted.

As you can hear, we have not yet lost our fire. I (Tony) would be a hypocrite if I said there haven’t been moments where I’ve faltered and been a bit pessimistic, but I’m human. We need each other, ALL of us. It isn’t us against them. Or rather, it shouldn’t be. It’s us. A collective. Humanity.

I just wanted to update you all on what we're doing with the show and where we think we might be in the near future. A couple of our goals include continuing to create interesting content and also to start taking our YouTube channel seriously. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility to say that our episodes might air on YouTube in the immediate future. Alex and I are still working out the kinks there behind the scenes.

She decided this week to give up alcohol, limited TV time and sugar.

She was also working through the deeper emotional triggers ... that you'll just have to tune in to hear what she has to say.

Alex has added a photo of her younger self - as you'll hear on day 3 of 5, as this was a significant break through day.

She leaves us with the important reminder that every day we should remember to show up for ourselves.
