We are back!!! I know that for most people, they see me as an extrovert, but I have found that being around a lot of people can do a number on my mental health if I don't take the time to recover from it. And food? I don't eat bread anymore... unless I'm traveling. Eek! Guess what happened last week: visiting New York City.
So... 1 week of traveling, being around a lot of people, and eating a LOT of food that my body is not used to, and I need a detox! And thankfully, the sort of detoxes that I'm used to are gentle and full of lots of warm and fuzzy feelings.
