Hey Honey! (Language warning).
This week I interview my girl Millie Padula who helped me to create the beginnings of OFTH!
We start with sharing our reason for starting our community at "One For The Honey" and the journey we went through when things didn't go to plan.
Tune in to find out Millie's start up story, her passion for helping others thrive while pushing against the grain and her decision not to pursue the podcast at OFTH.
Millie is a giant cheerleader for myself and hundreds of other professionals she crosses paths with. Her leadership and mentoring at Dietitian Edition and Edition Education is ground breaking. I am sitting on the edge of my seat to see how her platforms and empire grow with the impact she continues to make.
We discuss feelings of imposter syndrome, failure and judgement when navigating careers, no matter which stage you are at! The truth is, even the most successful people in the world experience self-doubt along the way! This episode is full of insightful content and most importantly is raw, authentic and vulnerable as we share our story.
Truth be told, in our friendships true form, Millie and I spent about 4 hours trying to get this episode completed. We shared a wine, countless giggles and unhinged humor that was not quite fit for the epsiode. However!! You might just get a taste of the bloopers that showcase our friendship and potential of every episode if we had continued this journey as a duo.
Let me know if you learned or implemented anything new after listening to this epidsode! I love hearing from you about your wins.
