The power of understanding your own menstrual cycle and it's capabilities is out of this world. Yet, all we tend to know is that we bleed once per month, usually accompanied by many unwelcomed symptoms such as mood swings, anxiety, pain, bloating and discomfort to name a few. Have no fear though my love, I am here to shed some light on the magic of your period and each phase of the menstrual cycle. 

Join me, as I interview the phenominal Hannah Moloney, a pilates instructor, personal trainer and creator of @annamo.studio. An online platform specialising in helping mensturators to structure their training (pilates, yoga an more) in alignment with their unique cycle.  ​​​​ Han and I discuss all things periods, follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase! (I wonder how many of us even know these!). Each week during a natural cycle our hormones fluctuate, impacting our enegry, recovery and capacity to train. Han fills us in on how to optimise our training, mental health and productivity by understanding our unique cycle. ​​​​​​​​

Hello Sweet Honey! 

Ever felt alone in your business? Or unsure of where to start? Or overwhelmed with all the moving pieces that you need to put into place,to get your dream business off the ground?

This episode is all about, creating community and cheerleaders, watching how quickly you can make an impact, not just doing it on your own, but actually connecting with others and like minded people that have a similar vision or  values to you and want to jump on board. 

Today I want to share with you the community that I've created, the cheerleaders that I've connected with, that have helped me bring One For The Honey into fruition. There are a few real key players that I need to highlight today, before we get into the episode. Then, I want to peel back a few layers about community, connection and our fundamental need as humans, but also how community kind of shows up in the online space and in the the face to face space.

 I definitely overshare, but it often opens the doorway for people to be open with me and to feel safe, to share themselves, to get something off their chest, to have a realization. And that power is just magnified through community, when there's more people in the room doing the work.

Who is Em? 

A Dietitian and yoga teacher on paper, although certainly not defined by! I express a natural desire to teach, share and learn with the people that dance across my path. I endeavour to spend my days being playful, healthy, expressive, loud and wild!

I started my business at 23 years old, with no idea of my direction. I didn't know where I was going, but I knew where I didn't want to be. I neeeded to be the change I wanted to see in my life. So,I hired a life and business coach, put myself out into the world of business and arrived here 5 years later. 

In this time, I have collected personal experience and knowledge in running a business, while also balancing a health focused, spiritually inclined lifestyle. 

I have learned many lessons throughout this adventure, the good, the bad and the ugly! 

I am here to share these stories and insights with you, to help you expand and take the next step, where ever you are in your journey!
