Daniel Tague talks about the way women need to lift weights in the gym to achieve the look they want. When it comes to working out for a specific look, we have to remember that genetics will always play a significant role. We can never look just like another person, we are all built and created uniquely. Women tend to look at other women and idolize their bodies and want to look like someone else. Women just need to accentuate what they already have and work on their problem areas. This will boost their confidence while keeping them healthy and fit.

  • Dr. Art Markman – Generosity, Shawn Wells – Endocannabinoid System #978

Have you ever thought about what you would do with your money if you were to have an abundance? Would you donate it somewhere for a good cause? How much? Dr. Art Markman explains that it's not the dollar amount, it's the percentage to what you have. Most of the time, those with less will give a bigger percentage of their money away, even if it doesn't seem like a lot. And those with more money, give a smaller percentage even though they may think they are giving a large amount. When money is involved our characteristics usually are enhanced, whether good or bad.
