This week Kim and Kate take a walk down memory lane when Kate discovers an old love note from Kim. Then, one of Kim’s friends/former coworkers calls in to talk about making a career change and trying to be seen as a creative rather than an executive. Later in the episode, Kim and Kate answer a voicemail question from a woman who knows her friend is about to get fired and isn’t sure if she should tell her friend or not. Everyone’s lives are changed forever and the workplace is improved for all involved.
