A lot of times when I am coaching entrepreneurs and business owners, and they’re putting together their thoughts and ideas for there offer, they stop themselves before they even get started because they say, “someone’s done that already” or “so and so, has a product that’s just like that, I can’t compare myself to that”, and they freeze and they don’t go further with that idea, and that’s an awful shame!

Because yes, there is a lot of noise out there, there’s a lot of competition out there, and I’m sure for every single product or service that’s out there, there’s a million different options, but the thing that’s not out there, is you and your unique voice and what you bring to the table!

You have unique experiences, you have knowledge, you have skills that nobody else has, and that’s important to remember as you are crafting your offers, because even though it may have been done before by someone else, that’s their voice, that’s their spin, that’s their vibe. You have something unique and different to share!

Don’t stop yourself before you get started. Put your offers out there, let people know you can help them out, because they’re waiting for you, and they need you.

Sometimes we create a business or a career that we eventually don't love anymore.

Do your research!

Research is the first step before you get started with building your lead magnet but it's often a step that people skip over.It's very easy to skip past and get right to create an awesome lead magnet that's beautifully designed. But if that lead magnet doesn't speak into the problem, it's not going to do your audience any good.

Don’t make that mistake. Do your research first, figure out the problems that your audience is having and then base a list builder around that. Then you can create a list builder that's going to naturally lead and bridge into your offer. It all starts with doing the research first.

So, get started with that research. Do your homework. It'll be worth it in the long run!

Meet people where they are in their journey. Enter the conversation that they are already having.

Now, this takes some research and it takes some time. This takes some awareness. You need a feedback loop. You need to take the time and the effort to go out and see what your people that you're trying to attract into your world are doing.

What are they already talking about? What are they already sharing, liking, engaging in? What are they commenting on? What are they already doing today?

Because when we enter the conversation already knowing instead of being a stranger entering in an awkward kind of way, you'll be welcomed into the conversation.That, my friend, will completely change the way that you launch.

It all starts with being intentional, entering the conversation they are already having and then guiding them into the step where you are able to help them.

The moment something changes, that just means the rules of the game have shifted a bit. What we have to do is just lean into that and adapt.

Okay, what are the new rules and what's the game now? What do we need to do? What are we evolving, pivoting, changing so that we can still be on the cutting edge compared to everybody else?

There are still buyers in the market that want our thing and every time something shifts and change and everyone's like, “oh my goodness the sky is falling” quietly say to yourself, you know what, what opportunity does this change create? What opportunity does this change create? Because I need to see where the new opportunities are, where the new advantages are, and then I can just slide right in while everybody else is pining over how things used to be.

Here’s the thing, anybody that comes in new today or new tomorrow, they don't know how things used to be and they're going to be successful. They're going to figure it out like where they are, right this second and I want you to do the exact same thing because there are always going to be changes.

Marketing is always going to be evolving, shifting and molding so we can't be caught up in how we did things 5 years ago, last year or even six months ago.

Embrace change, that is so vitally important especially when it comes to marketing because it's all about being adaptive.

The common mistake that people go through when launching is to over-deliver.

They get really excited and want to give value.

So they give their audience everything that they got.

They overwhelm their audience with so much information that they are probably not ready to make that buying decision.

They’ll say: “You gave me so much to think about. I'm gonna work on this first before they go into your paid offer.”

So, deliver value to your audience and focus on what things they need to be aware of that's gonna help them with solving their problem.

But save the “How” to solve that problem for the paid offer.

Give your audience a great launch experience, but not give away everything.
