She discusses how we need to look at our Heavenly Father with gratitude and realize all that He has provided for us. Caroline encourages her listeners to wake up every morning like a child without a worry knowing that no matter what comes up in the day that your Heavenly Father will be there to take care of it, and he is preparing things we don't even see for whatever comes our way. She explains how newborns can't be without their mothers for even a few hours without their life being at stake and that's how we are when we go hours without in relationship with God. When we go with too much time without being in the Presence of God through prayer and reading His Word, we are more susceptible to the tactics of the enemy. The more we seek Jesus, the more we are able to discern those tactics, and we will be less likely to fall for those schemes.

She relates this small but mighty book with today's climate about how it can feel like there is so much evil happening and we can wonder and cry out to God asking him why he is allowing this. Caroline explains how the enemy wants it to look like evil wins but that is not true. God is the judge, and he promises the justice will prevail. Caroline shares how so many times her in life she has cried out to God, not understanding His ways and the Lord answering but not in the way she thought which is exactly what happened to Habakkuk. The Lord responded to Habakkuk but didn't explain or give an outlet of what He was going to do or why. Even though Habakkuk didn't get the response he was looking for he still praised God. Caroline encourages her listeners to spend time praising God in the middle of the storm, before the breakthrough.
