Todays sweet lady is Melissa, co-owner of the Spanglish vegan Food-truck and co-founder of the Miami Vegan Village. Her vegan journey started four years ago, after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. While laying in hospital and noticing the growing helplessness of her doctors, she decided to find alternative healing methods. She changed her diet and started physio therapy and boxing. This helped her learn how to walk again and become stronger than before her attack.
