We have all done it or are currently doing it...overthinking organization. We have many thoughts and it is difficult to take more action. In this episode, I talk with you about what overthinking can look like and how self-limiting it can be. I then provide a simple way to help get those thoughts out of your brain. Are you thinking too much about what you should be doing, ought to be doing, should have been doing? Listen to this episode so you can slowly but surely move through overthinking. You got this!

In this episode, I talk with you about how emotional overwhelm can manifest itself and block your motivation to be more organized and what you can to do help "move through" it.
I understand that it's difficult not to be overwhelmed with all the things coming at us, especially now that school is back in session for most parts of the country. Whether it's distance learning or physically returning to school, both events for mamas are quite overwhelming.
Let me know what you think and if there are ways that you have found in your own life that help you keep from feeling overwhelmed.

Have you been feeling like a hamster on a wheel lately since the stay at home order back in March? Let me be the first to raise my hand with an emphatic "yes"! In this episode, I share with you the two most common reasons that I believe are blocking us from moving forward with being more organized.
I agree with many who say that organization is NOT one-size-fits-all so I encourage you to not compare your journey to someone else's. Instead, focus just on you, how you have been feeling and I hope to be your friendly guide to help you get where you want to go in your personal organization. Let's discover these two common reasons so we can begin to move through them.
