First, they dive into Original Screenplay (1:21) and Adapted Screenplay (10:45). Both writing categories could result in monumental wins for female screenwriters, but which has turned into the more contentious race?

The group of Best Director nominees already accounted for an Academy first, but there’s a good chance that another achievement may be in store on Sunday (20:57). Will Chloe Zhao’s awards haul solidify her new status as Industry Darling? Also listen for a sneak peak of each nominee’s next project.
