On this edition of OTR LIVE we had another OG friend of the POD, Josh Vernon from the Wicked Smaht Zone Peloton team join us.
Last time we spoke to Josh he just did his first short distance triathlon.  While he continued to build the Wicked Smaht Zone team he got a bib through Athletic Brewing Company to go west in April for his first Half Ironman.  He share with us his experiences at Half Ironman Oceanside and just this past weekends Western Massachusetts. You'll hear some good stories, some things that went wrong, and what's next for Josh.
