Here's a recording of a corporate talk I delivered this week. This is to give you an idea of the things I include in a general nutrition talk. I find more vague or "open" topics harder to fit everything in!
The topics for this talk were:
- What is health? - Facets of health
- How we positively impact these facets through nutrition, movement, sleep and wellbeing practises.
- Fundamentals of nutrition - energy balance, macro & micronutrient needs.
- How does our approach to nutrition change as we age
- Evidence based supplements for health
Hope this was helpful. It's not flashy, or sexy it's all about the fundamentals that so many people struggle with.
