Welcome back to the Outcast Podcast. Have you got a life insurance policy? TomKat has been getting some heat from his lady about getting some. We checked in with ol TomKat and asked him if he for a policy yet. We talked about the new book by Nancy Brophy, "How to Murder Your Husband" A true story about a woman who wrote murder novels and then was accused of murdering her own husband. TomKat saw a video of apparent angels in the clouds over Palestine on Instagram and the comments had people talking about something called "Project Blue Beam". We do some research on PBB and discuss if we think there is anything to this theory. Jerrod Carmichael hosted to Golden Globe awards and he came right out and said it was because he is black that he was picked for the job. He went on to say that this is because of the overall lack of diversity in the organization through the years. We discuss the culture in early Hollywood that may have lead to this environment and how things are in 2023. We also talked about a joke that Jerrod told about Tom Cruise and scientologys “Backstage, I found these three Golden Globe awards that Tom Cruise returned,” Carmichael quipped as he came on stage holding three awards. Carmichael noted he was “just the host,” then added, “but I have a pitch.” “I think maybe we take these three things and exchange them for the safe return of Shelly Miscavige,” he said. There were some awkward groans and a few gasps in the room even as some viewers may not have understood the joke. Have you ever heard the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zaleskiyy talk. Have you ever seen him and Splinter from the Ninja turtles in the same place at the same time. We listen to audio from both of them and realize they may be one in the same. ***TomKat's NEWS HEADLINES*** Current events from around the world in 3 min. Trigger warning: There is some dark ass humor in this episode. We start off the Death Pool Episode on a much lighter note, recapping our stories from New Years Eve. Gentry had a hilarious story from his daughters sleep over at his house over the holiday. Ramo spent the holiday like TomKat stoned and at home while Memphis was out giging. Memphis is about to have his 4th session with betterhelp.com and we're already seeing a positive change in our friend. He still hates Christmas though. lol Memphis gives us a qick rundown of how he's been feeling and how the meetings are going. Next up the title topic, The Death Pool. The idea was actually brought up by TomKat's Lady. We ended the year with a list of people who died in 2022, this is just that in reverse. We picked three people we think are likely to die in 2023. Each correct name is worth $100!!! Dark s#%t eh'. Rolling stone has ruffled feathers with it's updated 200 Greatest singers of all time list. We ran down the top 10 and the Outcast's gave some comments on the list. People on twitter have apparently been having it out for days over the article and list. Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin remains hospitalized in critical condition but showed signs of improvement that we're observed Tuesday and overnight into Wednesday, according to the team. ***TomKat's NEWS HEADLINES*** Current events from around the world in 3 min. We jumped right in this week talking amongst ourselves about racisim in the world in the year 2022. What is the difference between racism and prejudice? Is there a difference? So basically we still jump right into the deep end on The Outcast Podcast. Next up we payed tribute to all the people who kicked the bucket in 2022. Each year people in popular culture bite the big one and we go over the list for 2022 of people you may know. Next topic was a very contentious one at that. Ramo got his pantaloons in a bunch because TomKat said Elon Musk should have been the person of the year instead of Vladimir Zelinski. They also squabbled quite a bit about Ron Desantis and the was he has handled being Govoner of Florida. We ran down the list of movies and songs that topped the charts this year. Can you guess which songs and flicks were on the list? 2022 in review. ***TomKat's NEWS HEADLINES*** Current events from around the world in 3 min. Getting therapy has never been easier. The Outcasts are back and so is Trump as he has recently announced that he will be running for president in the 2024 election. While the final votes for the midterm elections are still being counted which has led to many conspiracies. Dave Chappelle turned heads with his recent SNL monologue where comments on Kyrie, Kanye, and Trump. We played some of the highlights and gave our take. In these clips from Chappelle he gives his take on the recent ant-Semitic controversies and why he thinks so many people liked Donald Trump. "The Jews" are two words according to Chappelle that should never come out of anyone's mouth if they would like to avoid getting canceled. Jon Stewart was with Stephen Colbert describing how the Jewish committee that controls the world he's on controls the oil and bagel flavors. Although we're still waiting on the first Jewish president as The Outcasts discuss what they think will happen first a female president or a Jewish president.
