  • End-of-Year Reflection: Why Looking Back is the Key to Moving Forward

Nothing changes unless we are intentional about changing it.  A truth I have learned as I've grown older.  Calendar changes do not make anything magically happen.  If we are not careful, we will find ourselves stuck in the cycle of wanting change but nothing changing.  It is possible to finally achieve our goals. It is possible to change our habits and live a life that is less chaotic. We can actually get the things done that we have desired for so long.  It starts with reflection. Tune in as I share the end-of-year reflection process that has helped me to maintain a forward momentum year after year.

Season 5 will launch on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.  Please make sure to subscribe or follow so you'll get notified when the first episode drops.
