  • 28. How I Overcame My Previous Vegan Identity

It's so crazy to me that you can meet someone in a completely different part of their life and have no idea what they've previously gone through, changes they've made, and previous identities they have shedded. I am no different and today's episode is all about an identity shedding story specifically when I went vegan.

At first it was incredibly liberating! So many new options and recipes for me to try along with doing what I think is best for the earth. Then… in California in 2020, this identity came crashing down as I'm sobbing over a decision around a cinnamon bun…

You'll have to listen to hear the whole story and let me know if you've ever experienced something similar!
