"With not eating AND dancing so much, I started to get super weak and headaches all the time, super fatigued, and dizzy… I started to get better at dance too, though"
This part of the podcast you are about to hear absolutely broke my heart…and so many women are in the exact same position. What seemed to be a correlation at the time wreaked havoc on Grace's health and thankfully she is recovered today and here to share her vulnerable story.
Grace Valentic is a holistic health and nutrition coach who helps women redefine their relationship with food and their bodies (you know we love that around here). Grace and I have been friends for years and, while yes I did say this wasn't going to be a podcast about health and fitness, it is a part of all of our lives and it's important to share these stories and journeys.
In Part 1 of what quickly became a long discussion that I want to split into two parts, Grace shares her entire being and story with us from what she does outside of her profession to the inner work she's done over the years to become the coach and woman she is today. We also talk about her eating disorder and start the modern medicine/health conversation that we'll discuss more in depth in Part 2!
