This week's episode is all about not letting your thoughts become you and how to try not let them takeover. Thoughts can be very overpowering when it comes to sobriety and in this podcast I explain how I get through it when they occur. 

I had my first tour date in Wellingborough so I talk about how that went and there were definitely some characters there but also a really inspiring story which meant a lot to me and spoke volumes. And I answer some of your questions and voice notes about how I deal with sobriety and if there are certain ways I personally cope.
