Join me, Alison Elizabeth as we read out of James 1:2-4 which says "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

"I tell you this full story to paint a picture of life, and of what our weeks may look like at times. Sometimes we have many setbacks and obstacles. Sometimes we think we are at the finish line and we get sent back to the beginning.

 

It’s a reminder that no matter the obstacle we can count on a good good father to help us through it. We know that we are learning through it all and that when we get the opportunity to get back up we can skip to the front because we’ve already done that part. "
