Christina is a 38-year-old single mamma to 2 girls. She is currently on hold for a graduate program and degree to become a school Psychologist. She is a twice recovering alcoholic who has just stepped into the world of awareness and knowing.

Christina shared her spiritual awakening and how it has helped her get past the traumas of violence in her childhood and her recent partners physical abuse by visualising and looking back on her life and asking if she’s going to wish she had done things differently. She had the courage to share some times of desperation in her life, including contemplating suicide and how she overcome them.

We spoke about doing what makes you happy, not what is acceptable to society, how our experiences are our soul’s life journey, just like our perpetrators who have to deal with theirs and how our life is more than this 3D we live in.
