For a long time, I thought finding the right relationship would make my life feel complete.
Now, I'm realizing that's not the goal.
Before my next relationship, there are things I want for myself—not because they'll make me more "worthy" of love, but because they'll make my life fuller, richer, and more fulfilling regardless of whether I'm single or not.
In this episode, I talk about becoming my own person again, building confidence that doesn't depend on someone else's attention, strengthening friendships, pursuing my own goals, and creating a life I genuinely love living.
