Tawny and Maria are happy to be back after a very chill holiday. They reflect on how holidays changed in adulthood and spill about how their first vendor show went for the Oversharing shop. Being embarrassed is a human rite of passion and there aren’t many things more embarrassing than having to poop in a less than ideal situation. Not surprisingly, Tawny and Maria each have a story, Maria talks about the pressures of parenting during the holidays and how hard it was to have a partner that didn’t help her carry the weight. She flashbacks to a very trying Christmas and how it brought out her worst. Humans are complex af and that’s why setting boundaries is equally as complicated. Tawny talks about how tricky it is to decide when someone is actually “bad” for you.

A new open-letter has been released in support of Amber Heard and Tawny is thrilled. Celebrities provided a lot to gossip about this week and Tawny is all over it, but her opinions seem to differ from people online. Are you Team Selena or Francia? How about Team Zanab or Cole? There’s so many sides to choose! Tawny and Maria discuss the popular beefs of the week and see if they can pick a side. Could there be more than we ever imagined to Nick Cannon’s ever growing family? Maria is dying to dig into the science while Tawny needs to know if Nick’s coworkers bust his balls at all for all the headlines.

The Phillies have been keeping Tawny up late at night, which is how last week got by without a new episode. Social media has introduced Maria to a lot of new terms she wasn’t familiar with & she has questions; re-homing, body count & Incels are just a few of the things in the mix. Tawny and Maria talk about the pros & cons of transparency and how unfair it is that women are pressured into motherhood & then pressured into silence about how hard motherhood actually is. God Forbid is a Hulu documentary about the downfall of Jerry Falwell who is a huuuuge hypocrite, so naturally Tawny is dishing some of the juice & urging people to watch. The women finish up with some relationship do’s and dont’s inspired by the latest season of Love Is Blind.

This week starts off with a check-in on Maria and we find out how she is feeling now that she is back on Tamoxifen. She opens up about the possibility of a hysterectomy and why she thinks other women in her position may have stopped taking their meds. The women discuss the value of being able to be transparent with your boss and what happens when you genuinely become good friends with them. Tawny asks Maria how she would feel if her partner (and young children) had been able to give her yearly performance reviews. They then wonder if we should start all relationships with an in-depth interview. Children have lots of opinions and a whole lot to say; how often are we listening? The women discuss the importance of letting children express themselves and how to assure them they’re being heard.
