Oh yeah..do the song credits.."Balas malas" by El Nando Loko featuring El Arabe. It's cool, it'll get stuck in your head, even if you don't speak Spanish.
We watched a movie called "Buck." (thanks for the tip Danielle D) It's on Netflix. Watch it. It's about a cowboy who is teaching people a gentle way to build trust with horses. He challenges the traditional breaking of horses with strict whipping, and travels the country showing people a new way.
Somehow we connect this documentary to trusting of self, flow of money, abundance and teaching.
What's a "Busk" you ask? It's an exciting new project. Listen to the end.

Phil n Sarah take the podcast to UVU where they find a nice view and a table to do their thing at. Sarah interviews Phil about the necessity of thinking inside the box in order to learn a discipline and then coming out of the box. She also asks him about his college days and adds some of her thoughts about how college started out as a revolutionary space and eventually became standardized. Sarah shares her anger about what Phil calls a breast milking station. Apparently one can't breast feed out in the open in those parts.

The Podcast is turning over a new leaf by featuring more artists, more authors, more musicians, more poets...more thinkers. Own It SLC is just one voice in the many voices of artists speaking right now. In this episode the two-o talk a bit about what Paul Chek is saying in his podcast Living 4D. Phil n Sarah talk about tribes and what it means to be a leader and...why is it so difficult to say that you are good at something.

Sarah n Phil. Driving in the car recording a podcast on the iPhone about Phil’s new word for art, and how Joseph Campbell was right. They are stoked because they finally had a show, hosted by the Other Side Academy, and the catalyst dudes where Fitchhead, the Hazmat crew, Mr. Denton and DJ Josh performed. Hosted by Sarraahh. It felt like a breath of fresh air.

Phil n Sarah have a time getting to the raw group where the collective gets real with the things they hate about themselves.
What's another word for art? The duo discusses the art and God connection.
Phil monologues about convention and how as an artist he must bang against it. Sarah asks a very interesting question as the two decompress.

How does one learn? Sarah sits in on Phil's consulting session and remembers what it felt like to learn the tedious step by step process of a new art form. They reflect on their beginnings, when a mentor taught them how to use the mediums which are so intuitive now. One aspect of mentoring is the personal and emotional connection a student develops with them. Somehow this leads to Phil saying some really cool stuff about micro vs. macro, reverberation and frequency. In a few years you can read the thesis on these subjects, written by Sarah.
