Today on the 5: By now most people have probably heard at least a little about the controversy over Dave Chappelle and his Netflix special. I haven't given it much attention because I don't care what Dave Chappelle thinks about much of anything.

Today on the 5: I followed up Dune with something a little different, 1982's Alone In The Dark. It's a movie made between two different decades of horror with a curious cast, and it works as exactly that.

Today on the 5: The first half of the new Dune has been released, and I watched it on HBO Max. The hardest part of the review is honestly going to be trying to remember the movie.

Today on the 5: The Chucky TV series is now airing, and I've watched the first and second episodes. I was hoping for a fun extension of the movies, but the series adds some new things that are very clever.

Today on the 5: There's a new Resident Evil movie coming out next month called Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City. From everything I've seen, I'm somewhat optimistic that it will be ar least a watchable film!

Today on the 5: Over the weekend I watched a fairly well know B movie called Killer Workout. While it is a very poorly made film in many ways, I think it has tremendous remake potential.

Today on the 5: After having a great time reading the previous The Science Of... books by authors Meg Hafdahl and Kelly Florence, I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of The Science Of Serial Killers. As I expected, it was a great read.
