Today on the 5: If you've followed the journey of No Man's Sky over the years, you know it's often cited as the rare example of a game that launched to mixed reviews and has slowly rebuilt itself into a better experience. I've made a point to go back to the game several times over the years, but ironically the very updates that have redeemed the game are holding me back.

Today on the 5: Many people dislike Elon Musk for a number of different reasons. I think what bothers me most about him is how his continued failure to deliver on his promises is damaging the perception of electric vehicles in general.

Eventually I figured out why I was linking them, and it (perhaps predictably) was because they relate to my frustration in how modern series are handled.

Today on the 5: You may have heard that Epic won in a fairly big way in a long running lawsuit against Google. Part of that ruling involves a very specific window of time that Google will need to need to host alternative app stores within the Play Store. That window is 3 years, and I'm very curious what will happen with other companies that have app stores after that period of time ends.
