A California John Doe says he was just 10 years old in 2005 when a “consultant” connected him and his parents to Sean “Diddy” Combs. The man says he hoped Combs could help him break into the entertainment world, but instead he claims he was given a drugged soda and then raped while he was unconscious. A second lawsuit filed on the same day by a different John Doe accuses Combs of sexual assault during an audition for the MTV show “Making the Band.” Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber has details on both filings.
