Posting its first show in 2005, Packers Therapy is the longest-running Packers podcast on the Internet. Hosts Chris and Dave began the show as a way of capturing the spirited chats the two co-workers had about the team around the office. The two have no pretense about being experts: they are just two opinionated shareholders who love the team, follow it closely, but don’t always see the Packers fortunes eye to eye.
The guys encourage comments and questions via their Twitter feed @PackersTherapy or email to [email protected] and read and respond to as many as they can during each show.

The first preseason game is in the books and Gil and J.J. have the latest changes the Packers have made as a result. Out with the old faces, in with the new, and five more players will be gone soon too! And while the guys are looking forward to seeing more young players face off with the Jets this week, they're disappointed that Jordan Love will likely miss the game with a shoulder injury.
Before the game though, the New York Jets are in town for joint practices, which seem to be going much better than the last time the Packers hosted joint practice with the Houston Texans. The guys talk about which players are improving their stock and which ones are on the roster bubble. And through it all, everyone still wonders what's even the point of preseason games.
On No Huddle Radio, hosts J.J. Lahey and Gil Martin give you in-depth analysis of what’s happening with the Green Bay Packers. Get the latest news, injury updates and preview the next game with key matchups to look for and find out why we think the Pack will win or lose.
Please send in comments and questions for the mail bag to J.J. on Twitter @jjlahey and Gil @GilPackers, or via email to [email protected]. We love talking football and can't wait to hear from you!
The moment you've all been waiting for, Chris and Dave are back for Season 17 of Packers Therapy. That's right, the show is a metaphorical junior in high school, enjoying it's carefree and rebellious stage of life. Chris and Dave recap a thrilling preseason game in Lambeau, as well as reminisce about some off-season drama that is now surely far, far behind all of us as the Packers take on 2021.

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's 26-7 preseason loss to the Houston Texans on Saturday night at Lambeau Field. He spends a lot of time breaking down the performance of Jordan Love. He points out the positives and also the things Love still needs to work on. He also talks about what Love's injury could mean going forward. He points out some other performances he liked and didn't. Good listening if you're Oren Burks...less so if you're Josh Jackson.

After a two-year hiatus, preseason games are back! Gil and J.J. are excited to see the two recent draft classes on the field. They also react to the new unofficial depth chart released by the Green Bay Packers, as well as to the news that rookie RB Kylin Hill has been taking snaps with the ones.
The guys also begin their coverage of the New Orleans Saints, a much different Saints team than the one they faced a year ago in the first ever episode of No Huddle Radio. Michael Thomas won't be on the field, but the guys want to know who will be throwing passes to the receivers who are there. Give your opinion on the Saints QB battle here: https://www.twitter.com/jjlahey

Gil and J.J. talk about who's looking hot and who's not at Packers training camp, with special attention given to Packers rookies on the defensive side of the ball. Some concerning injuries are cropping up, Gutey's signing new players to fill roster holes, and the guys try to figure out where the team is going with all these linebacker moves.
The guys also have a great discussion about the third running back roster spot. J.J. has serious concerns with the players who are competing, and Gil tries to put a rosier spin on things. Now they'd like to hear from listeners who they think should be in the lead for the spot. You can give your opinion right here: https://www.twitter.com/jjlahey
Training camp has officially begun, and Gil and J.J. have the latest scoop on how all of players look! Hear who the breakout players have been, and how the new additions of Dennis Kelly and Randall Cobb affect their position groups.
The guys also break out all 32 NFL teams into ranked tiers and project their studs and duds for 2021. Any guesses where they put Green Bay?

The Packers offseason of hell is finally over, and with the start of the 2021 training comes two pleasant surprises: first, Aaron Rodgers returns, and then Randall Cobb returns to the team after a trade and MIGHT have been egged on by Rodgers himself.
There's a LOT to sort through for what was should have been a routine Wednesday, but the Cheesehead Radio gang are here to talk you through it in their usual spirited style. Tune in for our Four Quarters of Packers Talk:
1st Quarter: Monday’s news brings a return of Aaron Rodgers.
2nd Quarter: Training Camp kicks off on Wednesday
3rd Quarter: The return of Randall Cobb
4th Quarter: Aaron Rodgers remarkably candid press conference

Chris Lempesis is back after a nearly three-month hiatus to break down the news that Aaron Rodgers will be returning to Green Bay for (at least) the 2021 season. He wasn't surprised by this development and he explains why. As for whether or not he's excited...well, that's trickier to answer. He also predicts how this will all play out and answers some questions submitted via Twitter.

Training camp begins for the Packers on Wednesday, with rookies reporting TODAY! J.J. and Gil have some big questions they're hoping to find answers to in the next few weeks (obviously starting with QB1), including Joe Barry's defense, who emerges as the starting Star defender, the TE situation, and who the starting five will be along the offensive line.
The guys also pick some young fresh faces to really stand out and impress during camp and earn a shot at making the roster. Gil's pick is WR Juwann Winfree, while J.J. likes CB Kabion Ento to flash. Who do you think will impress? Let us know by commenting and voting here: https://www.twitter.com/jjlahey.
